What data we receive, what we use it for, and how you can access it, correct it or ask us to delete it.

What data we receive

We only receive the data you choose to send us:

  • What you type in the contact form: your name, your WhatsApp or email, and your message.
  • What you fill in on the quote tool: delivery and return point, date and time, number of passengers and suitcases, the vehicle you choose, your name and your WhatsApp.
  • What you tell us when you write to us on WhatsApp, by email or on Instagram, or when you call us.

The contact form and the quote tool do not send your data to any server. They prepare the message on your device and you decide whether to send it to us on WhatsApp or by email. While you fill in the quote tool, your answers are kept in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.

If you book a rental, any additional data we ask for to formalise it is handled under the same rules as this policy.

What we use it for

  • Answering your questions and preparing your quote.
  • Arranging the delivery and return of the vehicle.
  • Managing the rental you book and assisting you during it.
  • Meeting the legal, accounting and tax obligations that apply to us.
  • Measuring how the site is used and how our ads perform, in order to improve them.

We will only send you commercial or promotional information if you expressly authorise it. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Cookies and measurement

We use Google tools to understand how the site is used and which ads work:

  • Google Analytics, to measure visits and site usage in aggregate.
  • Google Ads, to know which ads lead to an enquiry or a quote.
  • Google Tag Manager, to manage those tools.

These tools use Google’s own cookies and identifiers. In addition, when you arrive from an ad, we store in your browser’s local storage, for up to 90 days, the click identifier, the campaign details and a short reference that we add to the end of your WhatsApp message. This lets us know which enquiries come from our ads.

You can clear or block the site’s cookies and storage in your browser settings, or turn off ad personalisation in your Google account settings. The site keeps working without them.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. To run the service we rely on providers that process it on our behalf or under their own policies:

  • WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta), when you write to us on those channels.
  • Google, for site measurement, ads and email.
  • Vercel, which hosts the website.

Some of these providers store information outside Colombia, mainly in the United States. By using these channels you accept that transfer, which is made to providers with appropriate security and confidentiality measures.

We will also hand over data to an authority when a law or a court order requires it.

Your rights

As the owner of your data you have the right to:

  • Access, update and correct your personal data.
  • Request proof of the authorisation you gave us.
  • Be told how we have used your data.
  • Withdraw your authorisation or ask us to delete your data, unless a legal or contractual duty requires us to keep it.
  • Access your data free of charge.
  • File complaints with Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC), after first submitting your request or claim to us.

How to exercise them

Email us at the address above with your name, a way to reply to you and what you need. If you act on someone else’s behalf, attach the document that authorises you.

  • Requests: we reply within ten (10) business days at most. If we cannot, we explain why and reply within the following five (5) business days.
  • Claims (correction, update, deletion or withdrawal): we reply within fifteen (15) business days at most. If we cannot, we explain why and reply within the following eight (8) business days.

Security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. We keep it only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described or as long as a legal or contractual obligation requires.

Minors

Our services are aimed at adults. If you tell us in the quote tool that children are travelling, we only record how many, not their details.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its effective date. If the change affects what we use your data for, we will let you know before applying it.
